These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms) constitute the entire agreement between the Customer or You and Daniel Zrust registered as sole trader in Czechia with ID 5879787 (we, our, us) regarding the use of BigQuery Downloader for Sheets (the “Service”).
The Service is an add-on for Sheets which allows you to download data from BigQuery to Sheets.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a free trial to all or to selected users. The trial period may vary. If your trial expires, you may not be able to use selected features of the Service or the Service may stop working completely.
Payments for the Service are one-time. The default duration of the license is 1 year. Payments are processed by PayPal or by BrainTree depending on which option you choose. The license is tied to the email which you used when buying the license. The license is personal and use is restricted to one single user on one single device at any time, unless otherwise stated in an individual deal.

All arrangements between You and Us are governed by the valid and effective Czech law.
We do not warrant uninterrupted use or operation of the Service. We do not warrant correctness of the downloaded data. You are using the add-on at your own risk. However, we’ll do our best to troubleshoot any issues which may arise. You agree not to collect any damages in case of Product’s malfunction.
Potential legal disputes will be handled by courts in Czechia.
