How to Enable BigQuery API in Google Cloud Platform Project?

Before you can upload anything from Google Sheets to BigQuery with our BigQuery uploader for Google Sheets, you need to enable BigQuery API in your Google Cloud Platform (aka “GCP”) project.

Here is how:

1. Navigate to the “home” of you GCP project. The URL looks like this: https://console.cloud.google.com/home/dashboard?project={your-project-id-here}
2. Locate the search bar at the top
3. Type “bigquery api”
4. Click the result
5. Wait for the page to load
6. Click the “ENABLE” button
7. That’s it 🙂
